Development delivery

The MedicX Fund has an exclusive agreement with MedicX, a leading primary care developer, with the right to fund all of its development projects. MedicX has a long track record in the delivery of high quality fit for purpose health centres.

The MedicX Fund works very closely with leading primary care developers including MedicX to ensure that its buildings are designed to meet both current and future healthcare needs. Where possible the flexibility to later expand or change the services delivered within each building is considered at the initial stages of the project.
