Development delivery

The MedicX Fund has an exclusive agreement with Primary Asset, a leading primary care developer, with the right to fund all of its development projects. Primary Asset has a long track record in the delivery of high quality fit for purpose health centres.

The MedicX Fund works very closely with leading primary care developers including Primary Asset to ensure that its buildings are designed to meet both current and future healthcare needs. Where possible the flexibility to later expand or change the services delivered within each building is considered at the initial stages of the project.
