MedicX Adviser Ltd, part of the MedicX Group, acts as investment adviser to the MedicX Fund. The MedicX Group is a specialist investor, developer and manager of primary healthcare properties.

MedicX Adviser identifies suitable properties on behalf of the Fund that meet the investment criteria. Once an acquisition has been approved by the Board, MedicX Adviser will undertake due diligence and negotiate the acquisition.

In addition to acquisitions MedicX Adviser is responsible for adding value to the properties through active asset management. This includes rent reviews, lease re-gearing, property extensions and refurbishment.
