The MedicX Fund total committed investment is £198 million. The property portfolio comprises 51 properties with one in the course of construction and three due to commence construction early 2010 subject to forward funding agreements. The average age of the properties in the portfolio is 3 years and 91% of the rents are payable by Doctors and Primary Care Trusts/Local Health Boards.
